I HIGHLY recommend this flower shop. I ordered the Pedestal Arrangement #1 (with extra) via Elegance Flowers' website for my friend's funeral per the funeral home's reference. Tbh, I actually felt a bit uneasy at first due to past experience with flowers.com, etc. Ad pictures on those sites are very deceptive, often better than the actual delivery, etc., but NOT here. I'm glad I ordered it from Elegance Flowers. First off, the arrangement came with a 'wow' factor, as good as, if not better than, the pictures on their website. Flowers are fresh, and the bouquet was done artistically and professionally. Secondly, when ordered, I had wrong delivery date/time (by a week!), and the owner noticed it. She called me and then texted me b/c I could not pick up her call. She did all she could to make sure the flowers would go to the right funeral, right date and time. A week later (yes, that's how much I was wrong!), she delivered the flowers to my friend's funeral, and at the right time. The arrangement was beautiful and was set at the right place, with a custom Vietnamese message carefully printed on a card. Exactly how I wished it be. I could not ask for more for my friend and his family. This means a lot to my friend's family and me. Elegance Flowers, thank you so much for going out of your way and make sure the flowers were sent for the reason and with care.
